Lenten Worship Materials

The Way to Shalom from the Presbyterian Mission Agency.  Every week from Ash Wednesday (February 17) through Easter (April 4), this year’s devotional focuses on shalom — and what it can mean in our lives and how we can bring it to the world. We explore themes of justice, peace, healing, hope, repairing and reconciliation. You’ll find Scripture readings along with beautiful meditations and prayers. The Way to Shalom is online and free for download or printing. You’re invited to use it, share it, excerpt from it and make it your spiritual companion this Lent.

Lent 2021 Resource Guide, from the PC(USA).  There are several books available for purchase and on sale, as well as a few free preview chapters.

Education

Sunday School is currently not available while our building is closed. We cannot wait to get back to meeting in person. When we do, Sunday School takes place Sunday mornings before worship from 9:15-10:15am September-May.

We have talented and committed adults teaching each of our church school classes for all ages:

  • Little ones (Ages 3-5)
  • School age (Ages 6-11)
  • Middle & High School (Ages 12-17)
  • Adult Discussion (Ages 18-100)

The adult class is a discussion group focused on spirituality, social concerns, and faith development. All are welcome.

Music

We have four active choirs that meet at varying times throughout the year:

Chancel Choir  |  Praise Choir  |  Children's Choir  |  Hand Bell Choir

If you're interested in participating in any of our virtual choirs while we are worshiping remotely, fill out our web form to contact our music director, Joan.
